What is RoastEasy

Made of high quality European food grade stainless steel chainmail, the Roasteasy will cover even the most awkwardly shaped birds and large joints of meat. Using the Roasteasy allows the outside of the roast to crisp and brown evenly, while the juices are retained inside. We have found it excellent for creating a crunchy crackling on all pork roasts, without fat spitting and spraying inside your oven. Ideal for use on vegetables and in barbeques – and the icing on the cake is that it replaces baking beads when blind baking pastry. This sustainable product lasts a lifetime and reduces the need of tinfoil. To clean, simply throw into your dishwasher or soak in a bowl of soapy water.
